This step lets you align your CRM data with Cadence.
In the column on the right-hand side, you’ll find your data found in your CRM. You’ll need to drag and drop this data over to the matching information in the middle of your page in “Ringover Cadence”.
For example, use the search bar on the right-hand side (your CRM search bar) to find the main phone line that will be used for your prospecting. Once you’ve found the number, you just need to drag the cell on the left to its corresponding slot.
This process should be done for both leads and accounts/contacts.
In order to identify whether you’ve correctly configured the fields, you can test them by clicking on the red “Test” button to the left. You’ll need to enter a URL link for one of your contacts from your CRM.
