For token generation:

Navigate to the API token section on the Cadence tool

Click on the Generate button to create a new token and click on "Confirm"

You should be able to view and copy your token from there
To add it to Salesforce:

Go the your "Setup"

Search for "Custom Settings"

You should be able to see the Ringover Config package. If you aren't able to see it, kindly install the package before coming to this step.

Click on "Manage"

Once the Ringover Config page opens, click on "New"

Paste the API token you had copied from the previous step

Ensure there is no space before or after and no character that has been misplaced. The integration will not work so kindly double check.

Click on "Save"

You should be able to see the API Key i.e. API token.
