Each of your Moments has several verbatims, which you select and enter. These verbatims/keywords that you add to your Moments will be the words that Empower will automatically detect during calls.
Creating a Moment
Head to the Settings section, click on the Moments menu of your Empower account, and then click on “Add a Moment”:
Once you’ve given your Moment a name, you can edit its color code (which appears when you’re in a call) and customise its emoji.
You also have the option to assign Moments to one or more teams and define them by the interlocutors who pronounced the specified Moments.
Adding keywords
To add the keywords you want to detect, you simply need to write in "Add your keyword", and you can also select which language this keyword is assigned to (it will be international by default).
Once you’ve entered all the keywords you want, you just need to save your changes!
Looking up and editing a Moment or a keyword
Still in the Settings section, in the Moments menu, you’ll find the Moments that you’ve created and you’ll be able to see who created them.
Click on the Moment that you want to edit and you’ll be able to edit the name, color, emoji, team and the keywords used.
Use AI to automatically create Moments
Option 1: Specify the overall theme of your Moment as well as any other details that might help the AI provide the best results. Based on this information, the AI will generate a list of associated keywords.
Go to Settings, click on the Moments menu in your Empower account, and select "Add a Moment":
- Choose the AI option.
Option 2: From an already created Moment, you can click directly on "Generate keywords with AI" (this may take a few seconds).
Once the keyword list is generated, you can check the words you want to add.
Once the list is "added," you can generate a new list or manually add any words that were not suggested.
