Go into your Settings, and go into the Admin section of your Empower account. You’ll find a list of the employees, which you can search in or filter to carry out various actions.
In the list of users, which you’ll find just below the search bar, you can (if you have the authorisations needed) enable or disable the analysis of their calls:
- When one of your employees is enabled, the notch is blue and their calls will be analysed by Empower.
- When one of your employees isn’t enabled, the notch remains grey.
