The Reply To node is used to Send Replies to a previously Sent Mail by the user, for a follow up to the user. This Reply will show up in the same thread in the Email Client to the lead. It's like a Semi-Automated Mail, and the task will show up on the user’s dashboard according to the scheduled timings.
Steps to add Reply to Node
- Step 1: Create a new Cadence or Edit an existing Cadence.
- Step 2: Add a new node using Add Step Button. Note that a Reply To Node can only be added after a Mail type Node.
- Step 3: Click on Reply to Node type.
Step 4: Select the Mail Step which needs to be replied to, using the Select Mail Step dropdown and edit the body.
After the Cadence has been started and Leads have been added to the Cadence, we would see the Reply Step on the User's Task Page like so.
We can also Automate the reply task, using a simple toggle, the automatic toggle on the top right corner.
Automated Reply works like an Automated Mail node type and the scheduled Reply mail can be customized while creating the cadence and this mail will be sent automatically at the scheduled time.
We can also enable A/B Testing for Reply nodes using the options toggle to the right of the Automatic Toggle.
