The A/B Testing feature allows the user to try different variations of emails to determine which variant delivers better performance.
Tasks Supported by A/B Testing
Currently, Mails, Automated Mails, Reply to, and Automated Reply support this feature.
Steps to stop using one of the templates
To stop using one of the templates, you can edit the cadence by pausing it or you can directly toggle off the template from the cadence steps page.
Steps to use A/B testing for mail
In order to use A/B Testing, first we need to create a node of Mail or Reply type and enable the A/B Testing toggle from the options menu while creating or editing a cadence, and then you can create different templates to try their performances.
You can add up to 4 Templates A, B, C, and D, and customize them.
After Turning on the A/B Testing toggle and creating mail templates for your cadence, you can Launch it and emails will be sent approximately according to the specified percentage.
For Automatic Mails, the template is chosen automatically and mail will be sent at scheduled timings.
For semi automatic mails and Reply to, when you’d click on the Send Mail button for the task, one of the templates would be chosen for you and you can make some changes too before sending the mail.
After a good amount of leads have been processed by the cadence, you might see stats regarding which templates are performing well in the Cadence Steps view page.
