Google sheet onboarding
There are a few steps for onboarding on Google Sheets. For onboarding on Google Sheets, you will get an invitation at your mail address. Follow these steps after receiving the invitation mail:
Password Setup:
i. Click on Join Cadence.
ii. Now you have to set up your cadence account password. After confirming click on Set Password.
iii. After your password is set click on let's start.
iv. It would redirect you to the Configuration page.
v. Configure Google Sheet Marketplace Settings by selecting your email system, and entering Ringover ID & Ringover API Key if available.
vi. Now Clicking on Google Sheet configure you will be redirected to the main Onboarding page. This is what it would look like:
You have to click on Let's get started. You can continue in two languages. English and French.
Onboarding Steps
1. Phone system
After you click on let's start, the next page opens, where you have to select the phone system that will be used to place calls and SMS. On this page you have two options, to continue with the default phone system of Ringover or you can continue with the No phone system. If you choose Ringover as your default phone system, then you need to enter the Ringover User ID & API key and connect with your ringover phone system. If you go with the No Phone System, you’ll need to validate call and sms tasks on your own.
2. Email setup
Moving on to the next step. Here you have to set up two important things. Your gmail account, email and calendar.
C. Set up Google domain: Here you have to set up your Google domain. Validating Ringover Cadence with your Google Workspace is important. Without validation web-hooks will expire every 7 days. You can read the support documentation from the link given below. Need Help?
D. Email and calendar: To connect your Gmail to the Cadence tool, you just need to click on the link given in this page. This link will redirect you to a page which will ask you to select the email address to pair. Once you’v selected the right email address, you’ll need to “authorise” access to the account. Now, click on the link below. To connect with Google your email address should be logged in on your device.
3. Admin rules
Set up rules for the cadence tool to be followed as required. These can be modified later from the tool's settings page. There are two sections in this page
A. Emails: Here you can modify working hours or days from the Sending Calendar section, change unsubscribe and bounced mail rules.
B. Task and Cadence: Here you can select task that will be taken into accounts for the user daily limit calculation under Maximum tasks, and to set duration after which tasks get tagged as late, under the heading Late task duration.

4. Group setup
This step is to Create as many groups as you require and add the respective members. You can add teams over here, You can add multiple admins by navigating into admin group and from the rest of the group you can add as Sales Manager or Sales Agents.
5. General
To wrap up your onboarding, you’ll now need to enter a few information. You can upload a Profile Photo, select your preferred language, save your Calendly link, select your Timezone, and toggle on Custom task to enable event creation of custom tasks in your calendar. You can click on Finish Setup to finish your onboarding.
