Things to Remember Before Importing Leads
Mandatory Fields in Google Sheets:
All those columns which are marked red, need to have the necessary information in them. If you leave any of these columns blank, you will be unable to import any leads.
Google Sheet Integration ID:
Put your own Google Sheet Integration ID in the required column. If you don't put the correct ID then it would show the status as an Error at the time of lead import.
Google Sheet Permission:
Make sure you have set the General access permissions to Anyone with the link with an Editor role from the options. This means anyone on the internet can edit the document. An example of this is also shown in the below screenshot.
Column mapping:
When you are on the column mapping page, you have to make sure all the Ringover Cadence fields with a red star mark ( * ) have been mapped correctly with the Google Sheet Column name on the right side. In the below picture you can see the Company name and First name are not mapped, so it is showing an error saying these columns are missing. This error will not allow the process to continue. Other fields are also important because, for example, if you fail to map email columns, the lead information will not display an email address. That's why to import leads in the Google Sheets you must complete the column mapping properly.
