There are several different Cadence status tags (inclusive of Ringover CRM) that a lead can have, including
- New Lead: This status is typically assigned to a lead when it is first entered into the system. It indicates that the lead is new.
- Duplicated: This status indicates that the lead is a duplicate of an existing lead in the system. This could occur if the lead has multiple points of contact.
- Converted: This status indicates that the lead has successfully converted into a client. This could mean the lead has made a purchase, signed up for a service, or otherwise has become a paying customer.
- Disqualified: This status indicates that the lead is no longer a potential customer. This could occur because the lead is no longer interested in the product or service, is not a good fit for the company, or has already made a purchase elsewhere.
