Instantly display key contact information from your CRM directly in your Ringover Dialer. This feature helps you save time and personalize your conversations during every call.
- 🖥️ Go to your Dashboard> Store> Integrations,
- Click on the desired (and already activated) integration to open its settings.
- Find the “Mapped Fields” setting.
- Then select the fields you want to display in your Ringover Dialer. You can add multiple fields.
Once the fields are added, you’ll see the information displayed in your Dialer during your calls!
