These are the various sections under the Statistics page
1. Pending Tasks
Pending Tasks are calculated node-wise, under the Pending Tasks section of the Stats page.
The time filter is used to filter tasks that have been pending and were shown to the user on the dashboard during the exact selected timeframe. If Last Month is selected for pending tasks, then the metrics shown on the statistics page, under pending tasks, are counting those tasks which were shown to the company’s users during last month. This count does not include the tasks which were created during the current month.
For example, if a user has 10 tasks pending on their dashboard, then if 5 of those were created last month, and 5 of them this month, then on selecting last month, 5 tasks will be shown on the pending task count.
2. Completed Tasks
Completed tasks are calculated node-wise, during the exact time period in which they were completed, for the logged-in admin’s company. Skipped tasks are not counted in the total shown.
For Email, automatic emails are not counted, and semi-automatic and reply to mails are counted, similarly, for SMS, automatic messages are not counted.
3. Cadence et utilisateurs
The table breaks down tasks based on the user and their cadence.
In this also the Emails include Semi-automated mails and Semi-automatic Replies.
Automatic emails and replies are not counted as a task.
The people column represents the leads contacted through those tasks.
4. History Graph
For email, the graph shows how many emails were sent, bounced, and unsubscribed in the time period selected, and for other nodes how many of those types of tasks were performed in the timeframe, like for Node type Call, how many outbound calls are made.
We can also switch to a bar graph view in the top right corner.
5. Heatmap
Heatmap shows the time at which the task is completed and on which day of the week it was completed, across all timeframes. Node type can be chosen like the graph above.
