Lusha
This particular Add-on Tool is one of the best for its usefulness. It updates the phone number and the emails of a particular lead and turns useless and incomplete contact/company data into business opportunities.
Prerequisites
There are some prerequisites to update and make better use of this Add-on Tools. Some information should be available beforehand. These include the first name, last name, and company name fields of a lead. LinkedIn URL is optional but filling this field can help Lusha to enrich fast.
Places to find and use Lusha
You can find the Lusha in various places like the Task page, People page, and LinkedIn extension. The only condition is that the super admin/admin should have permitted you to use this Add-on Tools.
- Steps to use Lusha from the task page:
A. Go to the task page, and click on any task.
B. Click on the pencil icon to open the edit modal. Tap on the Lusha icon to enrich the data.
- Steps to use Lusha from the prospect page:
A. Go to the prospect page, and click on any prospect.
B. Click on the lead pencil icon to open the edit modal, You can use the Lusha from the top right icon.
- Steps to use Lusha from the LinkedIn extension:
A. Visit any LinkedIn profile.
B. Click on the Cadence LinkedIn extension.
C. Click the Lusha icon to enrich data for emails and phone numbers.
- Configure Settings:
Make sure you have Activated Lusha. You can activate/ deactivate Lusha Add-on Tools from the top right after opening configure settings. All other settings on config. page are explained below:
- Add-on Tools setting
In this section there are three important settings:
A. API key: You’ll have to provide a unique API key that helps to build a connection with Lusha. You can get this API key from your Lusha account.
B. Data Enrichment: You can set Add-on data settings for the situation, when there's an empty field and when there is an existing value.
I. Update only if the field is empty: This will only update data in the fields when they are empty.
II. Update even if there is an existing value: This will overwrite the existing value and update Lusha’s value.
C. Daily API limit: In this field, you can set your daily Lusha limit.
D. LinkedIn extension: This option is to enable/disable the use of Lusha Add-on Tool on the cadence LinkedIn extension.
E. Field values:
In this setting, you’ll have to do field mapping for the Leads and Contacts in cadence. This will map the respective contact number or email type into selected dropdown fields. For example, if we map Lusha's Phone Number Field Value with Mobile Phone, then Lusha will fill the Mobile Phone number into the Phone Number field in cadence.
F. Groups and members
Here, the Super admin and Admins can choose members from different groups and give them the power to use Lusha Add-on Tools. You can also turn on "Give access to newly added users" to grant permission automatically when a new member joins that group. Then click on the Save button to save all the settings.
