Kaspr is the second Add-on Tools available on cadence. It allows you to enrich phone numbers and emails just like Lusha. You can later use this information to contact your prospects more easily.

 

Prerequisites

We also have some prerequisites before we use Kaspr. To enhance lead data, fields like first name, last name, and LinkedIn URL shouldn’t be empty. These fields should have been filled by information to find emails and phone numbers from Kaspr.

 

Places to find and use Kaspr
Kaspr is also available in several locations, including the Task page, People page, and LinkedIn extension. The only requirement is that the super admin/admins should have permitted you to use this Add-on Tool. 

 

• Steps to use Kaspr from the task page:

A. Go to the task page, and click on any task.

 

B. Click on the pencil icon to open the edit modal. Tap on the Kasper icon to enrich the data.

• Steps to use Kaspr from the prospect page:
  A. Go to the prospect page, and click on any prospect.
  
  

 

 

 

B. Click on the lead edit modal, on top you can find the Kaspr icon.

• Steps to use Kaspr from the LinkedIn extension:

A. Visit any LinkedIn profile.

B. Click on the cadence LinkedIn extension.

C. Click on the Kaspr icon to enrich data to find emails and phone numbers.

 

• Configure Settings:

Before any actions, you need to activate Kaspr. You can activate/deactivate Kaspr Add-on Tools from the top right after opening configure settings. All other settings on config. page are explained below:

• Add-on Tools setting

In this section there are three important settings:

 

A. API key: You’ll have to provide a unique API key that helps to build a connection with Kaspr. You can get this API key from your Kaspr account.

 

B. Data Enrichment: You can set Add-on data settings for the situation, when there's an empty field and when there is an existing value.

 

I. Update only if the field is empty: This will only update data in the fields when they are empty.

II. Update even if there is an existing value: This will overwrite the existing value and update Lusha’s value.

 

C. Daily API limit: In this field, you can set your daily Kaspr limit.

 

C. LinkedIn extension: This option is to enable/disable the use of Kaspr Add-on Tools on the Cadence LinkedIn extension.

• Field values:

In this setting, you’ll have to do field mapping for the Leads and Contacts in cadence. Kaspr will only add those fields which are selected in these settings. For example, if we have only selected Mobile Phone Field Value, then Kaspr will fill the Mobile Phone field with endata and will keep other fields empty even if it found data.

• Groups and members: 

Here, the Super admin and Admins can choose members from different groups and give them the power to use Kaspr Add-on Tool. You can also turn on "Give access to newly added users" to grant permission automatically when a new member joins that group.
