Snov
Snov lets you find professional email addresses in seconds, just like other integration tools available in the add-on section.
Prerequisites
- Snov requires the lead’s LinkedIn account URL to extract the email.
- Admin has copied Snov Client ID and Snov Client Secret keys from your Snov account.
- Make sure all the required fields are filled out to make data extraction more efficient, i.e. First Name, Last Name, Company Name.
Places to find and use Snov
You can find Snov in various places, like the Task page, People page, and LinkedIn extension. You are allowed to access the integration tool only when the super admin/ admin has granted you permission to use it.
- Steps to use Snov from the task page:
A. Go to the task page, and click on any task.
B. Click on the pencil icon to open the edit modal. Tap on the Dropcontact icon to enrich the data.
- Steps to use Snov from the people page:
A. Go to the people page and click on any lead
B. Click on the lead edit modal, on top, you can find the Snov icon.
- Steps to use Snov from the LinkedIn extension:
A. Visit any LinkedIn profile.
B. Click on the cadence extension and log in with your cadence profile.
C. Click the Snov icon to enrich your email.
- Integration settings
In this section, there are two important settings:
- Snov client ID & Snov client Secret: You’ll have to provide a unique Client ID and Client Secret API key which helps to build a connection with the Snov account. You can get this Snov Client information from your Snov account.
B. Data Enrichment: You can set enrichment data settings for the situation, when there's an empty field and when there is an existing value.
I. Update only if the field is empty: This will only enrich data into the fields when they are empty.
II. Update even if there is an existing value: This will overwrite the existing value and fill Kaspr’s enriched data.
C. Daily API limit: In this field, you can set your daily Snov limit.
D. LinkedIn extension: This option is to enable/disable the use of Snov integration on the Cadence LinkedIn extension.
E. Field values:
In these settings, you need to set Lead’s and Contact’s fields. When Snov finds any email, it will fill the particular detail into those checked fields for Lead and Contact.
F. Groups and members:
Here, the Super admin and Admins can choose members from different groups and give them the power to use Snov integration. You can also turn on "Give access to newly added users" to grant permission automatically when a new member joins that group.
After that, click on the Activate integration button.
