Prerequisite
Please make sure that the Cadence Admin has been granted Admin privileges on Outlook from his system administrator.
This is necessary for the app to be authorized to send emails and sync with Outlook agendas. Once the connection is done, the admin can be reverted to a regular Outlook user.
Outlook permissions
The permissions required for Cadence are carefully limited to the necessary tasks that enable you to fully utilize its capabilities. These tasks include sending emails and synchronizing the user agenda. We have outlined below the specific permissions and their intended usage:

How to connect
During the Admin onbaording, you just need to click on the Connect with Outlook button. This will redirect you towards the authentication page.
Once you have logged in with your email address, you will need to authorize access to the account. The five permissions listed above must be granted for the Cadence tool to work properly.
Once the connection is done, you can select your primary email and add signatures (optional)
