Cadence enables the mapping of the Sellsy smart tag field in the custom form.
Once it has been mapped, it allows you to update and view the fields as well.
You can create and delete smart tags from Cadence, and both actions will be reflected in your Sellsy account.
How to add or remove smart tags in Cadence
The steps to add and remove smart tags are shown below:
Step 1: In your cadence account, go to the Settings page > Scroll down to the Field Mapping section > Fields for Contact > click on Edit.
Step 2: On the right-hand side of the screen, choose Custom form builder, then click Open form builder.
Step 3: Click on Add Section and search for Smart Tag in the search bar.
Step 4: Drag the field Smart Tag and click on the save button. To map, a different row is needed. It cannot be mapped in it if some other field is already mapped.
You can even remove the smart tag button by just dragging it from the left side to the right side of the screen.
Step 5: When you click on the Preview button after mapping the Smart Tag field, a pop-up window will appear asking for the URL of the contact you want to use. Copy the contact URL from Sellsy and paste it here, and click on Test for contact.
Step 6: In the next step, the Qualification Modal will open, where you can add a Smart Tag for the company and contact both. After typing the smart tag, the user must click the Save button.
Step 7: Next up, you will see a pop-up confirming that the form has been completed. Now to check the smart tag, just click on the Go to the Contact button, and it will direct you to the Sellsy account.
Step 8: In Sellsy, you can find out the smart tags just under the contact name
Note: Similar to how it was done with contacts, you can edit the smart tag for the company.

You can find the smart tag editing option in many parts of Cadence:
From the Prospect page:

Go inside any of the leads on the prospect page, and you can find the Qualification button in the top right corner of the screen. By clicking on it, you will be able to edit the smart tag for the contact or company. The name of the button Qualification is part of the custom form builder, so it can be changed.
From the Task page:

Go inside any of the leads on the Task page, and you can find the Qualification option in the top right corner of the screen. By clicking on it, you will be able to edit the smart tag for the contact or company. The name of the button Qualification is part of the custom form builder, so it can be changed.
