Make integration allows you to design and execute automated workflows between Ringover and your favorite applications without needing advanced programming. In this guide, you’ll learn how to activate the integration, set up webhooks, and configure custom scenarios to streamline your team's daily tasks.

5. Map your target application and test the workflow
Connect your trigger to a target application and run a live check to confirm the integration is successful.
- Go back to your Make scenario.
- Click on Add another module.
- Select the target application you want to send data to or receive data from Ringover (Salesforce, Slack, Google Sheets, etc).
- Define your workflow actions (such as Send SMS, Create contact, List contacts, or Retrieve contact by ID).

- Perform a live test (such as placing a call or sending an SMS) to ensure everything functions as expected.
You can use Ringover events as triggers to automate external workflows, or use actions inside other tools to trigger automatic Ringover functions like sending text messages and creating contacts.
