Prerequisites:
- You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to take advantage of this integration 💳
- The integration should be carried out by an account administrator or technician at Ringover 👨💼
- You need to have a ZELIQ account to perform the integration
Step 1: Activation
• Go to your ZELIQ account. In the bottom left, click on the "Integration not connected" button,
• Then, click on the "Connect" button located to the right of Ringover,
• A popup window will appear, and you should paste the "webhook" key generated in your Ringover Dashboard.
Step 2: Generate the Webhook Key
• Now, go to the "Webhooks" section in your Ringover Dashboard,
• Click on "Activate a webhook" in front of "Call event",
• Copy the webhook key and paste it in the popup window in your ZELIQ account,
• Click the "Next" button located at the bottom right to configure the integration.
Step 3: Configure the Integration
• Copy the links that appear in your ZELIQ account and paste them into the respective spaces in your Ringover account,
• Once this is done, click the "Submit" button to finish the setup.
Step 4: Make a Call
• In your ZELIQ account, go to the "My leads" section,
• Select the client or prospect you wish to call and click on the "Make call" button located to the right of the prospect's name,
• All calls will be listed in the "Activity" section in your ZELIQ account.
