Close.io is a sales management platform designed to help sales teams manage their interactions with potential and existing customers more efficiently. It offers features such as contact management, email tracking, sales pipeline management, and report generation.
Integrating Ringover with Close offers you the ability to:
- Call back your customers with one click by clicking on their phone number using our Click2call (Chrome et Firefox Extension)
- Log calls as call activities (with notes, tags, recordings, and transcriptions)
- Log SMS as notes
- Log WhatsApp conversations as notes
- Add CRM fields in the Dialer
- Synchronize contacts and leads

Prerequisites:
You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to benefit from this integration 💳
The integration must be performed by an administrative or technical account in Ringover 👨💼
The integration needs to be installed by a Close administrator account
Step 1: Activation
- 💻 Go to your Dashboard, Integration section, and click on "Close".
- A pop-up window will appear, and you will need to click on "Activate".
- You will be redirected to a new page. Enter your Close account credentials and authorize access to Ringover by clicking "Allow":
Step 2: Configuration in Ringover
You can configure the integration behavior according to your needs through the settings. To do this, go back to Dashboard > Store > Integration and click "Close":
- You can add or disable users by clicking on “Manage users”:
- You can customize the integration to match your needs:
- Finally, enable the following options: "Sync contacts (v4)", "Display contact's info during call and only store their info if call-by-call basis is activated", and "Log internal calls".
