Prerequisites
You need to have at least one Empower license to activate this setting.
Integrating Empower Summaries and Transcriptions
To do so, go to Dashboard > Store > Integrations, click on your integration, and then look for the following option:
When the setting is activated, during a call phone interaction, the system automatically adds a brief summary and a link to the complete transcription. This feature makes it easier to access the entire conversation and provides additional details about the topics discussed during the call.
The summary and transcription are located in the comments section of the activity record, making it easier to follow previous conversations.
