The LOXO integration with Ringover provides a complete solution for managing business communications directly within your recruitment and sales pipelines. In this guide, you’ll learn how to retrieve your API credentials, connect LOXO to your Ringover account, format international phone numbers, and configure contact and activity synchronization.
Prerequisites
Before starting the integration, ensure your account types and contact phone numbers meet the necessary requirements.
- Plan Requirement: You must have an active Ringover Business plan.
- Account Permissions: The setup must be performed by an administrator or technician account in Ringover and requires access to an active LOXO account.

- International numbers: Ensure all international phone numbers in LOXO comply with the E.164 format (e.g.,
+33675023577 for a French number) before syncing.- Local numbers: Regional prefixes are not required. During synchronization, Ringover automatically applies the country prefix based on your team's account settings.

Select contact manually: The activity will be logged on the specific CRM contact you select manually from the dialer during or after the call.
Sync contacts (v4): Activates advanced, two-way real-time contact synchronization between Loxo and Ringover to ensure both directories match perfectly.
Sync contacts on a call-by-call basis: If activated, contact details will be synced from your CRM and stored in your Ringover account only when you call them or they call you. It's highly recommended for larger databases as it keeps your dialer uncluttered by only loading records when active communication takes place.
Mapped fields: Select a field from Loxo CRM and add a custom label name; this custom label and its corresponding CRM field will appear in the Info section of your dialer.
Please note:
- By default, Ringover will assign activity types to incoming and outgoing calls using the dedicated fields available in the LOXO interface. The same principle applies to incoming and outgoing SMS messages.
- WhatsApp does not provide activity types. Therefore, the activity type must be created manually in LOXO.
