Call recording and playback features allow you to easily record, review, and analyze your team's conversations. In this guide, you’ll learn how to enable recordings and use the advanced playback tools directly in your call logs.
Managing call recordings
1. Enable call recording
First, ensure that your account is set up to capture calls automatically.
- Go to your settings.
- Activate the "Record by default" option.
- Go to your permissions.
- Activate "Allow to record".
2. Access and play your recordings
Once recording is active, you can easily listen to past conversations from your logs.
- Go to your call logs.
- Click on the Play button to hear the recording.
- Click on the gear icon to adjust the playback speed or download the file.
3. Explore summary and advanced playback options
While reviewing a call, you will see a short snippet of the summary (a summary of the summary) on your screen, and you can access advanced tools to control the audio.
Advanced Options
Click on the three dots to access the following features:
- View the full summary: Read the complete summary, select "show less", or display the original translation.
- Volume control: Lower or heighten the volume of the specific people on the call.
- Audio format: Switch between mono audio and stereo audio.
- Playback speed: Adjust how fast or slow the audio plays.
- Download: Download your call data in MP3, TXT, and CSV formats.
- Padlock icon : to block or unblock the automatic scrolling of the transcription.
💡 This prevents the text from scrolling on its own while you listen, allowing you to review the transcript at your own pace!
- Translate: Translate the call directly from the menu.
