About: Using the filter view on the import page, Cadence enables you to import contacts and leads. You have to add the filter view in the CRM in order to use that feature on the import page of Cadence.
Steps to create the filter view in Odoo:
Step 1: Log in to your Odoo account and go to the CRM section.
Step 2: Go to the leads section.
Step 3: On this page, click on the drop-down button on the search bar.
Step 4: Navigate to the Filters area and select the Add Custom Filter option.
Step 5: The Add Custom Filter modal will show up on your screen.
Step 6: There are three fields here, that require input.
On the first field, there are numerous options in the drop-down menu for the first field, including Country, Created by, Customer, etc.
The options available in the second field are is in, is not in, =, etc.
Additionally, there is a drop-down menu in the third field where you can select any option.
Step 7: Select your preferred condition for the new rule in the particular field.
Step 8: Click on the Add button.
Thus, the new filter view for importing leads or contacts will be created, and it will be reflected on the Cadence import page too.
