Have a history of all calls and SMS (WhatsApp included) in your client profiles
On the activities page in Zendesk, within your Activity view, you'll find call and SMS history alongside your other activities.
Sync your call notes/tags
When you're on one of your activities and have clicked on it to see the details, you'll see your notes (highlighted in red) and tags (red arrow) in the highlighted section. Your notes always appear between the call recording and your tags.
One-click calling your clients by clicking on their phone number from Pipedrive
By clicking on the phone number of the person you're trying to reach, you'll be redirected to your Ringover Webapp, where you can initiate the call.
Retrieve the summaries of Empower transcriptions
If you've subscribed to the Empower solution and linked it to your Zendesk account, below your notes, tags, and call recording, you'll find the transcription link. Clicking on this link will redirect you to Empower.
