The Ringover integration lets you call contacts from Pipedrive and review your communications in their activities. This guide shows you how to start a call, view contact information in the dialer and find your communication history.

How to make calls and review Ringover activities in Pipedrive

1. Make a call from a Pipedrive contact record

1. Open a contact record in Pipedrive.
2. Click the contact's phone number to open the Ringover extension dialer. The number is already filled in.
3. Start the call from the dialer.

You can also manage calls from the Ringover WebApp.

2. View contact information during a call

During the call, open the Info section of the dialer to view information about the contact.

The information shown here can be configured in your Ringover Dashboard under Mapped fields.

3. Review call activity on the contact record

1. Open the contact record in Pipedrive.
2. Find the call activity to review the recording, notes and tags, and links to the transcription and call summary.

4. Find your call and message history

Go to the Activities page in Pipedrive. Use the Activity view to find your call and SMS history, including WhatsApp messages, alongside your other activities.
