Having your address up-to-date in your emergency contact profile is crucial during emergency calls. This ensures a quick and efficient response when needed. Be sure to keep this information current for your safety and that of your loved ones.
Prerequisites
- An admin account on Ringover is required to add an emergency address from the Dashboard 👨💼
- Please contact our support team to enable this feature
Adding an Emergency Address from the Dashboard
⚠️ You must be an account administrator to add an emergency address from the Dashboard
- 💻 Go to your Dashboard> Settings> Other
- Scroll down to find the "Default Emergency Address" option at the bottom of the page
- Click on "Add new address"
- Choose an address from the list
- Review and update the information if needed
- Click "Confirm" to save the address
- The address will then appear at the bottom of the page
💡 Note:
- You can modify or delete the address by clicking on the three dots located on the right
- The address will apply to all users of the account
- Users can modify their address from their Webapp
Adding an Emergency Address from the Webapp
- 💻 Go to your Ringover Webapp
- Navigate to your settings
- Look for the "Emergency Address" option in the "Language and Region" section
- Select the country of the address you want to add
💡 Note:
- The emergency address is available for France and the United States
- By selecting "Other," the option will be disabled
- Fill in the required fields
- Click "Submit" to register the address
- The address will be added to your user profile
