Two-factor authentication via email is an additional security measure designed to further protect your Ringover account. Each time you attempt to log in from a new IP address, you will receive an email with a unique verification code. This code must be entered along with your usual credentials to complete the login process.
Two-factor authentication via email protects your Ringover account against unauthorized access and enhances the security of your personal data and your company.
Prerequisites:
- You need to have access to the Dashboard to enable two-factor authentication
Activate two-factor authentication via email from your Dashboard
- 💻 Go to your Dashboard > Others
- Activate the option "Enable two-factor authentication by email (only if we detect a new IP)"
