Prerequisites:
- The CRM account and cadence account must be connected.
- The Database must be created.
Getting started with exporting:
Follow these steps to export the CSV/XLSX files:
Step 1: Log in to your Odoo account and click on Connect to connect to your Database.
Step 2: After that on the next page, you need to click on Contacts.
Step 3: You will now be directed to the page displaying all of your contacts. Click on the List button in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 4: After that, you can see the list view of your contacts. You can select multiple or singular contacts at a time. After selecting the contacts, click on the Actions button.
Step 5: Click on Export.
Step 6: After that the Export Data modal will appear on your screen. Here you have two alternatives: CSV and XLSX. The process of exporting both types is the same but has different required fields.
Step 7: Choose your preferred export format (CSV or XLSX) and add your required fields from the available fields on the left. All fields can be added or removed by simply clicking the plus or delete buttons on the side, and then click on the Export button on the bottom left of the modal.
As soon as you click on the export button, the CSV or XLSX file will be downloaded to your device.
Note: On this modal, you can create a new template to export the required fields. Click on New Template
Then give your template a name, and then click the save button on the right for future export.
