About: This particular add-on tool is one of the best for its usefulness. It updates the phone number and the emails of a particular lead and turns incomplete contact/company data into business opportunities. 

 

Prerequisites: 

• The LinkedIn URL must be present and correct. 
• The field must be mapped in the field mapping section and the LinkedIn extension section.
• Super Admins/ Admins should allow users to use Rocketreach from configuration settings.

 

Places to find and use Rocketreach:

You can find Rocketreach in various places, like in the edit modal of Task page, Prospect page, and the LinkedIn extension. The only condition is that the super admin/admin should have permitted you to use this add-on tool.

 

Steps to use Rocketreach from the Task page:

• Go to the task page and click on any task.

 

•  Click on the pencil icon to open the edit modal. Tap on the Rocketreach icon to enrich the data.

 

• The enriched fields will show the Rocketreach icon, as shown in the image: 

 

Steps to use Rocketreach from the Prospect page:

•  Go to the Prospect page and click on any prospect.

• Click the pencil icon to open the lead edit modal. You can use Rocketreach from the icon on the top right.

Steps to use Rocketreach from the LinkedIn extension:

• Visit any LinkedIn profile.
• Click on the Cadence LinkedIn extension.
• Click on the Rocketreach icon to enrich the email address and phone number data.

• The enriched fields will show the Rocketreach icon, as shown in the image:

Add on settings:

Make sure you have Rocketreach activated. You can activate/deactivate the Rocketreach add-on tool from the top right corner after opening the configuration settings.

 All other settings on the configuration page are explained below:

• Settings: 

In this section, there are a few important settings:

• API Key: You will need to provide a unique API key that allows you to create a connection with Rocketreach. You can obtain this API key from your Rocketreach account.

• Data enrichment: Both in the case of an empty field and in the case of an existing value, data enrichment options can be set.
  • Update only if the field is empty: This will only update the data in the fields when they are empty.
  • Update even if there is an existing value: This will overwrite the existing value and update Rocketreach’s value.

 

• Daily API limit: In this field, you can set your daily Rocketreach limit.

• LinkedIn extension: This option is to enable/disable the use of Rocetreach add-on tool on the cadence LinkedIn extension.

• Field Values: In this setting, you’ll have to tick off field values for the Leads and Contacts in cadence. This will map the respective contact number or email type into selected fields. For example, if we map Rocketreach's Phone Number Field Value with the Mobile Phone, then Rocketreach will fill the Mobile Phone number into the Phone Number field in cadence.

• Groups and members: Here, the Super admin and Admins can choose members from different groups and give them the permission to use Rocketreach add-on tool. You can also turn on "Give access to newly added users" to grant permission automatically when a new member joins that group.
