Tribe CRM is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform that helps businesses manage and improve their interactions with current and potential customers. This type of software centralizes customer information, automates sales and marketing processes, and provides tools for data analysis and tracking, all with the goal of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of customer service and sales strategies.
The integration of Ringover into Tribe CRM allows you to:
- Call your customers with a single click by clicking on their phone number using our Click2call (Chrome and Firefox extension)
- Log calls, SMS, and WhatsApp messages as tasks (with notes, tags, recordings, and transcriptions)
- Find the transcription, summary, and next steps (Empower) of the call
- Add default CRM fields in the Ringover dialer
- Sync contacts

Prerequisites
- You need to have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to enjoy this integration 💳
- The integration must be performed by an administrator account in Tribe CRM 👨💼
Step 1: Integration with Ringover
- 💻 Go to your Dashboard> Store> Integrations and click on “Activate” in front of Tribe CRM
- A pop-up window will appear, and you must confirm the activation by clicking on "Activate"
- You will be redirected to your Tribe CRM account
- Once the integration is activated, click on "Configure" in front of Tribe CRM.
Step 2: Configuration in Ringover
- You can customize the integration to suit your needs:

- By default, the integration will be activated for all agents with identical email addresses in Ringover and Tribe CRM.
You can add or disable specific users by clicking on "Manage users":
- Select what task status will be logged in tribe CRM for each activities:
💡 If you want completed calls to be marked as "finished," select this option in the menu on the right of the category.

Activate the sync options according to your needs:
- Contact sync (v4): enables the synchronization of your complete contact list in Ringover
- Sync contacts on a call-by-call basis: enables the synchronization of each contact only when a call has been made (incremental)
- Display contact information during calls and only store it if the 'call-by-call basis' option is activated: turning this option on allows you to view contacts during calls, but no contact information will be stored in Ringover if the toggles above it are deactivated.
Step 3: Integration operation
- Once the call is received or made, the task will appear in the contact's record. Click on +Task. Here the task will be pre-filled.
- Verify and complete the fields
- Click on Save
Done, the integration is complete! 🎉
You will find all Ringover calls in the client records of your Tribe CRM account.
