The task manager in the Ringover web app allows you to easily organize and track your calls, messages, and video meetings. In this guide, you’ll learn how to create, view, and manage your daily tasks to stay productive.
Managing your Tasks
1. Create a new Task
You can quickly create and customize new tasks directly from your task manager.
Go to your task manager in the Ringover web app.
Click on new.
Choose whether your task is related to a call, a message, or a video meeting.
Search for the contact and set a due date for completing the task.
Add a description and assign the task to someone if needed.
Click on create a new task.
While filling out the details, you can click the priority option to mark your task as very important!
2. Create Tasks from call logs
You can easily create tasks directly from your call history to ensure you never forget to follow up.
Go to your call logs.
Click on the bell icon next to a missed call.
Click on create, then select create a new task.
Set up the details for your new task.
3. Execute and edit existing Tasks
You can launch actions directly from your tasks and keep your list updated as you work.
Execute a task: By clicking on a task related to a call, you can automatically call the contact. The number will appear directly in your dialer.
Manage a task: Click on the three dots next to any task to complete, edit, or delete it.
