This feature is designed to improve the organization and efficiency of users who do not have a CRM. It offers a set of reminders and tasks to complete, synchronizing with Outlook calendars for optimal time and task management. The tool includes a task page with lists of reminders, scheduled video calls, pending messages, and ongoing call campaigns. Additionally, it allows you to schedule reminders and video conferences directly from various menus within the application.
Prerequisites
- This feature is available for the Smart, Business, and Advanced plans 💳
- You do not need to activate any permissions to use this feature
ℹ️ Important
- The Tasks feature is only available on the Ringover Webapp or desktop application
Step 1: Access the Feature
- Go to your Ringover Webapp or desktop application
- Click on the bell icon located on the left side of the interface, above your avatar or profile photo.
- You will see the Tasks page with different types of tasks to manage.
💡 The types of tasks that can be created or scheduled, or that appear by default, are:

- Call
- Video call
- SMS or omnichannel messaging
- In the upper right corner, you can select whether you want to see your tasks scheduled for today or your upcoming tasks to manage.
Step 2: Create a Task
Tasks can be created from different places in the interface:
- Task Page
- Call Details
- Aftercall
Create a Task from the Task
- Page Access the Task Page by clicking on the bell icon located on the left side of the interface.
- Click on "New" to create a new task.
- A contextual window will open, and you must complete the fields according to the task you want to create:
💡 You can mark the task as important or urgent by clicking on the 🔥 icon located in the upper right corner of the window.
- Once you have completed the fields, click on "Create a new task"
Create a Task from the Call Details
- Access the call records page of your Webapp or Ringover application
- Click on a call to access the call details
- Click on the three dots located in the upper right corner of the call details or on the bell icon
- Select "Create a new task"
- A contextual window will open, and you must complete the fields according to the task you want to create.
Create a Task from the Aftercall
- At the end of a call, if you have activated "Aftercall work," you will see a box in your interface that allows you to take notes or add tags. From there, you can also create tasks. To do this:
- Click on "Create a new task"
- A contextual window will open, and you must complete the fields according to the task you want to create
- Once you have completed the fields, click on "Create a new task"
