Prerequisites:
You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to benefit from this integration 💳
The integration must be performed by an administrative or technical account in Ringover 👨💼
The integration needs to be installed by a Prodoscore administrator account
The Prodoscore super admin should enable the Phone systems module to the users
Etape 1 : Configuration in Ringover

In the API key settings, make sure you enable "Monitoring", as well as the following permissions:

Etape 2 : Configuration in Prodoscore
Step 1 - Open up Prodoscore and go into the Settings → Products → Phone systems.
Step 2 - Click on 'Ringover' from the product dropdown:
Step 3 - Enter the Ringover API Key that was created as an Admin and click on the 'Save changes' button:

Step 4 - Enable the required modules (Calls and SMS) and click on 'Save Modules',
Map the Ringover users onto Prodoscore users and click on 'Save changes' button in the bottom left corner.
