Empower License Management allows administrators to easily manage licenses, teams, and users from a centralized interface. From tracking available licenses to assigning roles and managing permissions, this section gives you full control over access and usage within your organization.
Empower licences and users management
License Management
1) General Information
On the License Management page, click the Manage Licenses button to access an overview of your subscription.
From this section, you can view:
- The total number of licenses
- The number of available licenses
- Your billing cycle
2) Add or remove licenses
From the Manage Licenses section, you can:
- Add licenses by clicking Add new license
- Remove licenses by clicking Remove license and specifying the number of licenses to remove
Team Management
1) Add Team Members
To add new users:
- Click the Add team members button.
- Invite users by entering their details.
You can also see how many pending invitations are currently waiting for acceptance.
2) Filter Your Users
You can filter the user list to quickly find specific profiles based on:
- User role
- License type
- Group
User Management
By clicking on the three-dot menu next to a user, you can manage individual accounts with the following actions:
- Assign or remove a license
- Copy the user’s email address
- Copy the Empower user ID
- Change the user’s role
- Delete the user
You can also select one or multiple users to:
- Assign or remove licenses in bulk
- Copy email addresses in bulk
In the user list (just below the search bar), users with the appropriate permissions can enable or disable call analysis for each user.
There are three available roles:
- Admin
Responsible for full system management and configuration, including users and permissions. - Supervisor
Oversees and manages the performance and activities of a team. - User
Uses the system with limited permissions based on their assigned role.
