It should be noted that the license limit is the total number of licenses purchased by the administrator. However, as always, only a user with access to Empower at a given time will have their calls analyzed at that moment (without retroactivity).
In the list of "users without an Empower license," you will find users who do not have an Empower license but do have a Ringover license. It is possible to assign them a license using the designated button.
The user in question will then appear in the list of users with an Empower license.
The counter indicating the number of available licenses will update and decrease accordingly.
Setting up user admin settings
Configuring user administration Settings allows for better control over access to data and features by assigning permissions based on each role. This strengthens security, ensures that only authorized users access certain information, and facilitates the management of your teams.
Go to your Settings, in the "License Management" section of your Empower. There, you will find the list of your collaborators, which you can search or filter to perform various actions.
In the list of users, located just below the search bar, it is possible (if you have the permissions) to enable or disable the analysis of their calls. You will find 3 roles:
- Admin: Person responsible for complete system management and configuration, including user and permission management.
- Supervisor: Person responsible for overseeing and managing the performance or activities of a team.
- User: Person who uses a system or software with limited permissions based on their role.
In addition to roles, you will find two other options: Assign a license & Remove a license.
