Prerequisites:
- You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to benefit from this integration 💳
- The integration must be performed by an admin or technical account in Ringover 👨💼
- The integration must be done with the admin account of TempWorks
- You must request your personal "ACR values" to your TempWorks account manager
Step 1: Activation
To link your TempWorks account to your Ringover account:
- Search for "TempWorks" and click on "Activate"
- Enter your TempWorks "ACR values", provided by your TempWorks account manager:

- The Tempworks Representative will provide you with the “ACR Values” as part of the Integration Setup.
- If you do not have these values, please contact your Tempworks Account Manager.
Step 2: Configure your TempWorks Integration
Customize the behavior of the integration based on your requirements through the settings. To do this:
- Go back to Dashboard> Store> Integration and click on 'Configure' next to TempWorks

- A. To ensure proper synchronization, please name your tags exactly as they appear in TempWorks when creating them in Ringover.

- A. Due to the current integration architecture, all calls and messages are logged under the admin user who set up the integration. We are actively working with TempWorks on a solution to differentiate users, which will be available in the upcoming update.
