Call snippets allow you to extract and save key moments from your calls. They are ideal for training, coaching, sharing best practices, or highlighting important parts of a conversation. With snippets, you can quickly reuse and organize valuable call segments without sharing the entire recording.
Creating Call Snippets
1) Selecting Your Snippet
To create a call snippet:
- Choose the part of the call you want to keep by :
- double-clicking on the desired section of the timeline.
- clicking on the scissors icon.
2. Name your snippet to easily identify it later.
3. Choose whether to add it to a library or keep it unassigned.
2) Available actions on Snippets
Once a snippet is created, you can perform several actions:
- Add the snippet to a library (if it wasn’t added initially)
- Move the snippet from one library to another
- Copy the snippet link to share it with others
- Rename the snippet
- Delete the snippet
