Prerequisites
You must be an administrator of your Ringover account 👨💻 or have access to the Dashboard to use this feature
Creating a brand name
💻 Go to your Dashboard> Settings> Others
Scroll down to the "Brand names" section
Click on "Add Brand Name"
Enter a brand name between 1 and 11 characters
💡 Good to know
The brand name must align with the name of your business (as it appears on your business registration) or your trade name.
Click on "Create" to submit your request to the support team
💡 Note
The support team will notify you by email if your request is approved or rejected
Once your brand name is accepted, you can use it to send SMS or SMS campaigns using that name
