Prerequisites:
- You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to benefit from this integration 💳

- The integration must be done by an admin account in Lemlist
Step 1. Connecting Ringover with Lemlist
1. Activate Ringover in Lemlist
- Log in to your Lemlist account
- Navigate to the "Integrations" section in your Lemlist settings
- Select Ringover and click Connect
Lemlist will guide you through the steps below:
2. Configure Ringover
- Log in to your Ringover Dashboard
- Go to the API menu
- Click 'Create API Key'
- Select your profile in 'Who' and give it a name:
- Enable Monitoring and the permissions below:
- Copy your API Key
3. Add API Key to Lemlist
- When prompted, paste the copied Ringover API Key into the integration field in Lemlist:
4. Set up Webhooks
- In your Ringover account, go to the Webhooks section
- Copy the Webhook URL provided by Lemlist and paste it into the Webhooks section in Ringover
- Copy the Webhook key from Ringover and paste it back into Lemlist

1. Access the Ringover Dialer in Lemlist
- Go to your call Tasks in Lemlist
- Click on the phone icon at the top of your screen:
- The integrated Ringover Dialer will appear, allowing you to call leads directly:
2. Manage Prospect Status During Calls
During your calls, update your prospect's status in Lemlist to keep your sequences organized:
- Mark as Interested: Select this if the prospect is interested, which indicates a won deal and stops the sequence for that prospect
- Mark as Not Interested: Select this if the prospect is not interested, which ends the sequence for that prospect
- Mark Task as Done: Use this to mark the task as completed

A. This happens in rare occasions when the third party cookies have been disabled by default in your browser. To ensure that the Ringover dialer UI loads properly, please go to your browser settings and activate cookies.
