Access provides advanced recruitment and applicant tracking solutions designed to streamline hiring processes for businesses of all sizes. By integrating Ringover with Access, you can enhance communication workflows by automatically logging call and SMS activities while synchronizing key recruitment data.
Once activated, the integration allows you to:
- Use click-to-call: initiate calls directly from Access
- Log your call activities: Ringover call activities are automatically logged as notebook items in Access, along with notes, tags, call recording link and transcription link.
- Log your SMS messaging activities: as individual notebook items, or a grouped conversation under one item.

- Applicants
- Contacts
- Clients
- Persons
- Benefit from Ringover transcriptions of your calls (recording must be enabled)
- Benefit from summaries and next steps with AI (when Empower is activated)

Prerequisites
Before starting the integration, ensure the following requirements are met:
- Ringover Account: You must have admin access to your Ringover dashboard
- Access Account: Obtain the API key and Integrator key from your Access account manager
- Permissions: Ensure your Access account has permissions to enable third-party integrations
Step-by-Step Integration Guide
Follow these steps to connect Ringover with Access:
1. Log in to your Ringover Dashboard
2. Go to the Integrations Section
- Click on 'Store' in the left menu
- Select 'Integrations' from the dropdown list
3. Locate "Access" from the list of available integrations and click "Activate"
4. Enter the API key and Integrator key provided by your Access account manager
6. Click "Activate"
7. Activate your settings

For a quick start, make sure that you have mapped your users by clicking "+ manage users" and activated the synchronization of your contacts.
7. Make a test call and verify that the activity is logged in Access as a notebook item
Known Limitations
- Activity Logging Name: All activity logs will appear under the name of the admin who activated the integration. This limitation is due to an Access API restriction, but an update enabling logging under the actual user’s name is expected by December 2024.
- No WhatsApp Support: WhatsApp communication is not included in the integration scope.
