Step 1. Download the app
Download the app from the Odoo Apps Store.
Please make sure that you choose the appropriate version from v14 to v18.
Note: due to custom code being included, the use of the app may incur some maintenance charges from Odoo. Please get in touch with your Odoo representative for more information.
Step 2. Install it in Odoo
1. For Odoo Online, Odoo Enterprise edition, Odoo on premise:
- In Odoo, go to 'Settings'
- Scroll down and click 'Activate the developer mode'
- Go back to the homepage and click on the 'Apps' section
- Click on 'Import Module' button at the top
- Click 'Upload your file'. Then, select the downloaded zip package from your hard drive click 'Install':
- Your app installation will start
- Once finished, you will be taken back to the home page
- To test the dialer, go to a CRM contact page and click on the phone icon next to his phone number.
2. For Odoo.sh (self-hosted environments), please contact your Odoo technical representative
How to use the app
- When clicking on the app button, a dialer will appear.
- The first time, ou will be prompted to enable your mic permission and to log in with your Ringover credentials.
- To make an outbound call, simply click on 'Call' next to the number:
- The dialer also supports inbound calls. Contacts will be displayed in the dialer once contact sync is enabled.

You may have installed the Ringover for Odoo Chrome extension. The Ringover App for Odoo is best used on its own. Tou don't need to install any other component.
When clicking on a number, why I am redirected to Ringover?

How do I uninstall the app?
In the Apps, search for Ringover and click 'Uninstall'.
