Mercury integration allows you to connect your Ringover communications directly to your Mercury recruitment platform (based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 technology). In this guide, you’ll learn how to activate the integration, configure your synchronization preferences, and install the browser extension to place click-to-call communications.
Prerequisites
To benefit from this integration:
- You must have an active Ringover Business account.
- The activation must be performed by an administrator or technical account in Ringover.
- You must have administrator privileges in Mercury.
Integrate Mercury with Ringover
1. Activate the Mercury integration in Ringover
Connect your Mercury account to your Ringover workspace by entering your domain name.
- Log in to your Ringover Dashboard.
- Go to the Integrations section.
- Search for Mercury in the list of compatible applications.
- Enter your Mercury domain name in the dedicated field.
- Click on Activate.
2. Configure your settings in Ringover
Customize the behavior of the integration to tailor it precisely to your recruiters' needs.
- Call types: Select Manage call types to choose which types of calls sync with your CRM.
- Include recordings in call logs: Choose to attach call recordings by selecting All files, Recordings, Voicemails, or None.
- Restrict access to recordings: Enable this option to limit playback access strictly to users with active Ringover licenses.
- Phone numbers: Select the specific outbound lines you want to include in the integration.
- SMS numbers: Select the specific messaging numbers you want to include in the integration.
- Link users with an account: Link Ringover users to a Mercury account.
- Assign missed IVR calls to: Designate a specific default Mercury user who will receive ownership of any missed switchboard calls.
- Log internal calls: Activate this option to automatically log calls made between internal Ringover agents.
- Include Empower summaries in call logs : A summary is added to the comments section of the activity log once generated by Ringover.
- Include scenario name in call logs: Log the active IVR campaign or routing flow name to incoming call logs.
- Logs display language: Select your preferred default language for automated log text.
- Create an activity for each entity with the same number: Creates a separate activity for each entity sharing the same number.
- Mark activity as completed: Automatically marks the activity as completed.
- Log WhatsApp messages: Activate this option to automatically log WhatsApp messages.
- Group WhatsApp conversations by: Use the dropdown menu to determine how WhatsApp messages are grouped together (e.g., as a Full conversation) in your logs.
- Create contact for calls: Define when new records should be created (options include Incoming, Outgoing, Missed, Completed, All calls, or No contact page).
- Create contact for SMS messages: Define when new records should be created (options include Incoming, Outgoing, All, or None).
- Create contact for WhatsApp messages: Enable the option to create a contact for WhatsApp.
- Sync contacts (v4): Enable to display real-time contact sync logs.
- Sync contacts on a call-by-call basis : Enable this setting to synchronize contact information only when a specific call occurs.
- Display contact's info during call and only store their info if call-by-call basis is activated : Enable this switch to display contact details during ringing and conditionally store them based on your call-by-call sync settings.
- Mapped fields: Select standard fields from the CRM and assign custom label names to display them in the Info section of your dialer.
3. View in Mercury
Verify that your activities (incoming/outgoing calls, SMS, WhatsApp) are automatically logged in the contact timeline and on the activities page.
View your contact information and interaction history, such as calls, messages, and more.
