Understand your team's activity
🖥️ Go to the Dashboard to access the different performance indicators 📊:
- Average connection time: The average connection time of all users over the selected period. Users who stay connected or in constant Snooze mode may distort this statistic.
- Average activity time: The average time dedicated to all types of activities by all users over the selected period.
- Average connection time: Daily average connection time
- Average activity time: Daily average activity time
- Activity breakdown: A detailed analysis of time and actions performed over a given period
- Irregular team activities: Activities that show atypical work patterns are listed here for the selected period. These may include irregular work hours or variations in productivity.
By clicking on “Edit filters”, you can filter all these statistics based on a specific period, and according to your standards and guidelines.
Activity Timeline
In this section, you can see your agents' activity over a given period. By default, all boxes are checked, each representing a type of activity. If you do not wish to display certain activities, simply uncheck the corresponding boxes.
You can also choose the period by selecting the desired day and time range.
