Simless is a professional eSIM offer provided by Ringover. Entirely digital, this virtual SIM card is activated directly on the smartphone, without a physical card. Only one eSIM is available per agent.
💡 Good to know:
eSIMs are only available for Mainland France numbers.
The user must have a professional address in Mainland France.
The phone used must be eSIM compatible: view the list of compatible devices.
Ensure that the Ringover app is up to date (version 6.5.3 or higher).
Purchasing an eSIM
1. Buying an eSIM
To buy an eSIM:
- Go to the Numbers section.
- Click on Add a number.
- Select the "Buy a number" option.
- Choose the country.
- Select the number type: eSIM.
- Choose the region.
- Select an address.

Then assign:
- a user
- a plan (20 GB or 50 GB)
⚠️ Once this information is filled in, wait for the eSIM activation. You will also receive an email with the steps to follow to activate your eSIM (How to activate eSIM on iOS & Android)
2. Viewing your eSIMs
Go to the eSIM section of the Numbers tab.
You can:
- Directly access your list of eSIMs
- Filter by number type (virtual number, fax, eSIM, pending) and by country
- See the icon associated with the eSIM
- Add a label to better organize your numbers
3. Managing your eSIM
Before deleting a user associated with an eSIM, it is important to transfer the eSIM to another user if you wish to keep it.
⚠️ If you delete the user without performing this transfer, the eSIM will be deleted immediately.
