Target First is an online customer relationship tool that primarily offers live chat, AI Assistant, and callback solutions for websites. Its goal is to improve conversion, customer satisfaction, and support responsiveness by enabling instant communication with visitors.
Main Uses:
- Engage visitors in real-time through an AI Assistant.
- Generate qualified leads through proactive interaction.
- Improve customer service by reducing response time.
- Offer an immediate callback option to prevent abandonment.
Activation
Go to your Dashboard in the Marketplace, click on the Target First Addon, and click on "Start Quick Setup."
Comfiguration
Step 1:
- Enter your website URL (e.g., savewater.com) to redirect the user to this website.
- Verify the associated user (Alice Fisher is configuring it) and modify if necessary. This user will receive the Bot script via email.
- Select the tone of voice by clicking on "Select tone" and choosing an appropriate option.
- Enter the customer service email address in the designated field (Bot signature).
- Enter the customer service phone number in the designated field (Bot signature).
Click the "Next" button to proceed to the next step.
Step 2:
- Customize your assistant's name by filling in the "Name" field (example: Jennifer Parker).
- Add a job title for your assistant in the "Job title" field (example: Customer Relationship Manager).
- Write a greeting message in the "Greeting" field for your assistant's introduction (example: Hello! What can I do for you today?).
- Select an avatar from the available options or upload a custom image via "Upload picture."
- Choose a header color for the chat and the client message color.
Check the chat preview to ensure the appearance and message meet your expectations.
Click "Next" to proceed to the next step.
Step 3:
- Add questions to your assistant's knowledge base (ChatBot) by clicking on "Add a question" (examples: What are your opening hours?, Is there a discount?, What is the main product?).
- Edit or delete existing questions if necessary by clicking on the pencil icon to the right of each question.
- Use the chat preview to test your assistant's responses and verify the quality of the answers.
- Add more questions if needed (a maximum of 6 for this quick setup).
Ensure everything is ready (relevant questions, correct answers) and click "Confirm and pay" to complete the setup and proceed with payment.
After completing all these steps, you will receive an activation email.
Congratulations! You have successfully configured your Target First account. All that's left is to check the email you received and click on the activation link (don’t forget to check your spam folder if you can’t find the message)!
