Creating a Workflow
1. Access your workspace
To create your workflow, go to the Workflows section under AI Customization in your Empower workspace and click “Create a workflow”.
2. Add your triggers
Start by naming your workflow, then define the conditions to apply.

In the conditions, you can, for example, create an AI prompt or add keywords and expressions to better filter calls.
3. Add your actions
For actions, you have several options.

In actions, you can adapt the style of your call summary depending on applied conditions, modify the scorecard according to call type (support, sales, etc.), change the summary style, or even send a meeting note.
🆕 You can add variables to make filling in information easier and more efficient.
4. Select users and/or groups
Finally, add users and/or groups, save your workflow, and activate it.
