The Studio tab allows you to thoroughly analyze your past calls. It is divided into several complementary sections offering a complete view of quality, exchanges, context, and areas for improvement. Here's an overview of each section:
General Overview of the Call
At the top of the screen, you'll find a condensed summary:
- Call score: Rated from 1 to 5 stars based on defined quality criteria (e.g. script adherence, empathy, objection handling…).
- Call sentiment: Analysis of the overall tone (positive, neutral, negative).
- Call participants: Names of the agent and the contact.
- Call date and duration.
As well as a text summary of the key conversation points.
Topics & Chaptering
The "Topics" section groups the main steps of the exchange, automatically detected:
- Introduction and context
- Identification of key stakeholders
- Planning of the next meeting
- Call closing
Each topic is timestamped, allowing you to quickly navigate to a specific part of the call by clicking on the timer.

Find your Moments
Below the topics, you’ll find "Moments" automatically captured (Create a Moment), which can also be added manually if needed.

Post-call Analysis
This section provides a detailed AI analysis, sorted by category:
- Call reasons
- Key questions
- Issues raised
- Resolution
- Next steps
- Budget
- Product features
- Customer knowledge

- Client pain points
An excellent support for managers or SDRs preparing follow-ups.
Coaching
In the Coaching tab, you will find behavioral indicators:
- Interactions: Distribution of speaking time (agent vs client).
- Speaking rate: Average words per minute (with recommendations).
- Filler words: Detection of verbal tics (“so”, “like”, “uh”, etc.).
- Silences: Occurrences of silence 2s (useful to assess balance of exchange).
Note: The “TIP” bubbles help you improve your speaking performance.
Hidden but Powerful Features
Call Snippet
You can create an audio snippet from a key moment:
- Click on the ✂️ icon below the audio player.
- Define the desired range (e.g. 00:30 to 01:10).
- Save, name, and reuse easily.
Link Sharing
It is possible to share the call or a snippet via a public link:
- Click the 🔗 “Share” icon.
- Choose to make the call view-only.
- Link option can be disabled at any time.
💬 7. Collaborative Notes
On the right side of the screen, you can:
- Add personal or collaborative notes.
- Mention a colleague using @.
- Quickly access internal team feedback.
