The Team Settings section of your Ringover admin interface allows you to manage access rules, call synchronization, and AI behavior according to your organization's needs.
To get started, go to the Empower Settings section, then open the Company Settings menu and click on Team Settings.
📞 Group Call Access
Users belonging to the same group can view the calls of all other members in that group.
This allows for better collaboration and provides a global view of group activity in call statistics.
🔁 Synchronize Ringover Calls with Empower
Calls made through your Ringover account will automatically appear in the Empower interface.
Ideal for teams using Empower for call-based analysis or training purposes.
⏱ Analyze Calls Under 60 Seconds
Calls shorter than 60 seconds are included in the AI analysis.
⚠️ Warning: The analysis of these calls may be less accurate due to limited content.
🔒 Restrict Audio, Video, and Transcription Access
This option allows you to restrict access to audio, video, and call transcription for selected users.
You can:
- 🔍 Search and manually add users
- 👥 Add all users in one click
Useful for enforcing privacy policies or limiting access to sensitive information.
General Technical Recommendation
For effective team management and optimal use of Ringover’s features, we recommend:
- Enabling synchronization with Empower if you're using it for coaching or call analysis — this centralizes your data and simplifies performance tracking.
- Including calls under 60 seconds in analysis only if these interactions bring real value to your operations (e.g., very short but frequent calls).
- Restricting access to sensitive content (audio, video, transcription) for users who don’t need it, in order to maintain good privacy practices.
- Managing group access carefully to ensure only the right team members have visibility over collective calls.
