The Custom Vocabulary feature allows you to add your own words or expressions specific to your activity in order to improve the accuracy of call transcriptions performed by Empower.
During calls, certain technical terms, product names, tools, or acronyms are not always correctly recognized by default. By adding them to your custom vocabulary, you train Empower to detect them more effectively, which improves:
- The quality of transcriptions,
- The relevance of post-call analyses,
- The scoring,
- The understanding of industry-specific terms.
Note: Empower currently supports the following languages for this feature:

Add a Custom Word
- Go to Settings > AI Customization > Custom Vocabulary.
- In the field provided, enter a word or expression.
- Press Enter to add it.
- The word will appear in your custom vocabulary list.
💡 Tip: You can add company names (e.g.: Hubspot, Salesforce), tools (e.g.: chatbot, API), business concepts (e.g.: CRM, integration), or even internal terms.
Industry Example: Recruitment Agency / Human Resources
Examples of words to add: ATS, onboarding, offboarding, Workday, Talentsoft, HRIS, recruitment, sourcing, LinkedIn, Indeed, manager, internship, junior, senior, tech profile, soft skills, hard skills, interviews, HR KPIs, agency, freelance, permanent contract, fixed-term contract, temp...
To remove a word: simply click on the small “❌” next to the word you want to delete from your vocabulary.
Notes
- This feature only affects call transcriptions and AI analyses.
- It is recommended to limit your list to words that are actually used during your calls to ensure optimal performance.
