How to Connect Ringover with Firefish?

By integrating Ringover with Firefish, you’ll be able to:

• Tag and comment on calls in Ringover, and pull up the tagged and annotated call in Firefish
• Get AI summaries and transcriptions of your calls
• Know exactly who you’re calling and quickly access their information thanks to our contact syncing feature
• Access your CRM fields in your Dialer

Now, let’s move on to integrating the tool 📳

Prerequisites:

• You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to benefit from this integration 💳
• The integration must be performed using an administrative or technical account in Ringover 👨‍💼
• The integration needs to be installed using a Firefish administrator account

Step 1: Generate an API key in Firefish

In Firefish, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Settings at the top

2. Click on the Automations tab

3. Scroll down until you fin "Ringover"

2. Click "Enable"

Firefish will generate the following information for you:

• Client Key
• Client Secret

Keep the page open so that you can copy it for future use in Ringover.

Step 2: Activation in Ringover
