The Ringover mobile app allows you to easily filter your information to quickly find the calls, messages, or tasks that interest you.
Depending on the section viewed (call log, messages, or tasks), the available filters may vary.
This article explains how to use filters only on the Ringover mobile app, with concrete examples for each use case.
Accessing Filters on Mobile
From the Ringover mobile app, tap the Filters icon located at the top of the screen in the relevant sections (call log, messages, or tasks).
Once your criteria are selected, tap Apply to display the corresponding results.
Call Log and Video Conference Filters
The call log and video filters allow you to refine the display of your phone and video communications.
Numbers and Switchboards
Direct Lines: shows only calls related to your personal lines.
Switchboards: shows calls made or received via a telephone switchboard.
Example:
You work on several numbers but want to view only the calls received on your direct line today. Select Direct Lines then Today.

Example:
After a busy day, you want to call back only the clients who couldn’t reach you. Select Missed to display only unanswered calls.

Other Options
Show Only Your Logs: displays only calls related to you.
Tags: filter calls associated with specific tags.
Markers: display only calls containing markers.

You want to find all calls related to a "Support" tag. Select the corresponding tag to display only these communications.

In the Messages section, filters help you organize and prioritize your written conversations.
